Raw Material
The majority of material of production is used 100% cotton fiber in process. Company has a quality control standard for searching and selecting based on local supplier and some material from import yarn. In order to produce a good quality product, company has very concentrate to use grade premium cotton fiber yarn for production process to satisfied customer requirement.
Greige Fabric
Company is standard warehouse to keep greige fabric that meaning is un-bleached and un-dyed or un-treated fabric (cloth or yarn). Therefore, company have inspection standard by using 4 points system to control quality of greige fabric to prepare for dying. All of greige fabric are based on good quality “A” grade. 
1. Dyeing fabric
In the past, almost garment customers are usually get quality problem when do themselves. So, Thai Burapa have adjust process in order to solve this problem by using quality control standard and after sale service to support garment and get smooth in garment production. Therefore, company has finished goods that can be separate finished product into 3 item, show as below: 1. Dyeing fabric 2. Printing fabric 3. Yarn Dye stripe fabric All of product, company has concerned with material supplier, dyeing mill and printing mill in order to control quality and delivery shipment. The aim is match with customer requirement and shipment on time. Moreover, all of product items have inspection before shipment. 
2. Printing fabric
The printing fabric is a second product item that company can do. Company has a good partnership in printing mill that can be help to control the quality and delivery on time in production. After service is seriously point for fulfill customer need. Moreover, all of product items have inspection before shipment. 
3. Yarn Dye stripe fabric
The last product item is Yarn Dye stripe. Company has a strong production process to control quality such as color matching team, stripe repeat technique. So, that is supported production to get an accurate match color and stripe with customer standard. Moreover, all of product items have inspection before shipment.
